Al Baseo Trading
// The challenge
Buyers come to a trader with four things: the material, the grade, the quantity and the port it ships to. Al Baseo needed a website that answers them in English, Arabic or Hindi and turns a visit into a request for a written quote.

How we built it
The site names materials the way buyers write them. Plastics run from HDPE regrind and LDPE film scrap to PET flakes and PVC regrind; rubber covers PCR and TBR tyres, shreds, crumb and pyrolysis tyre scrap; chemicals lead with granular sulphur; metals include aluminium 6063 extrusion scrap, Millberry copper and yellow brass. A buyer can see whether Al Baseo trades their grade before writing a word.
A three-step section on the home page sets out what happens after an enquiry: availability first, then specifications and a quotation with commercial terms, then collection or shipping with export documents. The FAQ answers what traders check before they write: which UAE and Saudi cities are served, how the port and Incoterm are chosen, how payment terms are agreed, and when ex-yard stock can be inspected.
The quote form keeps the structured part short: the material line, an Incoterm from FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW and DAP, or “Not sure” for a buyer who wants a recommendation, and the destination. Grade and quantity go in the message. Every page also carries email, phone and WhatsApp links for the Ajman office and the managing partner.
